Wellbeing is a journey. It's about integrating all aspects of your life — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health — to create a sense of wholeness and feel your best. Wellbeing Workshops are designed to help you on your journey, with various topics and formats to meet your individual needs. A supportive small-group setting offers a safe space to explore, learn, and grow.
Members and non-members are welcome. Non-members must bring a photo ID to each in-person visit.
