These free, one-time offerings are designed to help you explore your health and fitness goals while discovering Wellness options like Health Coaching, Nutrition, or Personal Training. Free 60-Minute Fitness Assessment
All Y members can enjoy one free one-on-one 60-minute session with a certified personal trainer to explore your mobility and flexibility and discuss opportunities to MOVE at the Y. This assessment also includes a full tour of your local Y Fitness Center and popular equipment. Additionally, you can elect to add an InBody Scan at no extra charge to quickly and accurately determine your basal metabolic rate, muscle mass, body fat percentage, water weight, and more.
Non-members may purchase a Fitness Assessment.
If you have already completed an InBody Scan but would like an additional session to assess your progress, you may purchase additional sessions.
Free 30-Minute Wellbeing Consult
Led by an experienced and nationally board-certified health coach, this one-on-one virtual session helps you explore your goals and potential next steps to a healthier, more fulfilling life. This consultation is the perfect way to discover the benefits of health coaching and see if it and/or other services are right for you. Available to Y members AND non-members free of cost.
Free 30-Minute Nutrition Consult
Begin to discover what true nourishment means for YOU with a free 30-minute nutrition consultation! This virtual session, led by a licensed nutritionist, uncovers insight into your health, lifestyle, and nutrition goals as well as potential next steps. Available to Y members, it’s the perfect opportunity to start nourishing your mind and body for lasting health. Available to Y members AND non-members free of cost.
