The Power of Being

Meditation is a self-care practice that allows you to transform how the mind reacts or relates to the world. Through practicing nonjudgment of thoughts, feelings, and sensations, we decrease stress and anxiety, develop emotional regulation, strengthen intuition, increase awareness, and gain greater peace of mind. Reducing stress and tension allows the body to restore and repair itself.
