The YMCA believes every child should feel confident and safe around water. We are proud to offer a limited number of group 85% discounted swim lessons to individuals who qualify.  Please follow the steps below. Once we have your application, we will contact you within one week to update you on your application status and next steps for registration.

Step 1

If you have used Y programs previously, go to step 2. Otherwise, create a new Y account for you and your family. Add all family members interested in Safety Around Water lessons.

Note: Only create a new account if you have not used the Y before. Please don’t create a 2nd account. Call us at 612-230-9622 if you are unsure if you have a Y account.

Step 2

Complete the Safety Around Water online application form.

Step 3

After completing the application, we’ll review your info, and within one week you should receive an email from us with final steps to register.
