Meditation/Breathwork: Meditation can focus attention and bring about feelings of calm and heightened awareness. Class styles will vary. Instructors will support you through guided meditation techniques while consciously and mindfully changing your breathing patterns to improve relaxation. Regular meditation offers many health benefits such as reduced stress and anxiety, and support through community.
