During a Reiki session, prioritize comfort by wearing loose-fitting clothes (Reiki treatment happens fully dressed). You can relax in the most comfortable position, with lying on a massage table being the most common preference. A certified Reiki practitioner will gently place their hands on or just above your body in various positions throughout the session, acting as a channel for universal energy to support your natural healing. These hand placements, focusing on the head, shoulders, stomach, and feet, may be adjusted based on your needs.

Some people experience immediate feelings of relaxation, peace, or increased energy after a Reiki session. Others may not feel a difference immediately but may notice improvements in sleep, mood, or pain levels in the following days. Everyone's experience is unique.

The entire treatment is available in 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Reiki is considered a safe and gentle practice with no adverse side effects. It can be used alongside traditional medical treatments.

The number of sessions varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some people experience benefits after a single session, while others may choose to incorporate Reiki into their ongoing wellness plan.
