Our 5-day free trial pass allows you to work out at any of our Ys in the Greater Twin Cities Metro. Try a fitness class, visit our gym facilities, or take a swim in one of our lap pools. While you're there, chat with one of our Membership Advisors to take the next step.

Select your Y to schedule a time with a Membership Advisor. We’re open 7 days a week. Be sure to bring your photo ID and a lock if you plan to workout the day of your visit.
