Small Group Wellness programs

Experience Pilates Reformer, Circuit Strength, Community Acupuncture, and more in a small group setting with trainer/practitioner. 

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center includes exercise machines, stretching areas, free weights and a weight room. You can achieve a complete workout blending flexibility, strength and endurance. Your membership also includes a free fitness assessment with a certified Personal Trainer, which can be a great way to help you make the most of your time, energy, and effort in our fitness centers. Register on our YMCA of the North App or at your local Y.

Sports leagues for adults

Be active, meet new people and have fun playing team, doubles and individual sports.


Healthy Living Kitchen

You might already come to the Y to workout—count on us to help you learn more about nutritious foods to complement your total wellness. From active cooking demonstrations to cooking classes, find out how to take advantage of this space.

ForeverWell

Older adults can connect with the Y community with virtual and in-person programs. Whether you choose to engage online or visit us at the Y, expect to find physical fitness, education and social activities for a variety of interests and functional abilities.

Diabetes Prevention Program

The Diabetes Prevention Program is for people who have prediabetes or are at risk for Type 2 diabetes. With support from your group, focus on nutrition, physical activity and behavior modification.
