A Bold, Caring and Committed Campaign
Looking Forward
Dear Friends,
When we began our Forward for All Campaign five years ago, our goal was to raise enough funds to create new programs, build new sites and bring a deeper sense of diversity, equity and inclusion to our communities. When the pandemic landed over two years ago, we were also deeply challenged by racial and social unrest. Again, you came forward. Thanks to your generosity, we found new ways to serve, communicate and protect the wellbeing of those in need at every age and stage of life.
For over 166 years, the Y of the North has made a difference in people’s lives. Today, we remain passionately committed to exploring new ways to serve and inspire those in need of a better life, such as:
- Enhancing our digital platform.
- Offering more tailored programs and services through our UnitedHealth Group Equity Innovation Center of Excellence.
- Developing accessible integrative whole-person health and wellbeing offerings of fitness, nutrition and mindfulness to address our diverse community.
- Creating more opportunities to experience outdoor adventures.
- Finding new ways to bring families together for fun and education.
- Welcoming Afghan and Ukrainian refugees and other newcomers at our five New American Welcome Centers.
This future is possible due to your generosity, ongoing commitment and the continued dedication of our team members.
We are stronger together,
Glen Gunderson
