The YMCA partners with various healthcare plans, including Aaptiv, Hennepin Healthcare, One Pass, One Pass Select, Renew Active, Silver Sneakers, and Silver&Fit, available through Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance providers. MN Laborers Health and Welfare Fund

Eligible participants can sign up to participate in the MN Laborers Health and Welfare Fund Employee Wellness Reimbursement program. Eligible participants must work out a minimum of 8 days each month. YMCA Family and Dual memberships can receive for up to two adults participating in the program for a total credit of $40 per month. 

Hennepin Health - MNCare

Hennepin Health MNCare (MinnesotaCare) members in an eligible plan can receive up to a $30 credit on a YMCA membership each month. Eligible participants must work out a minimum of 6 days each month to receive the reimbursement.
