Auto-renewals for subscriptions occur on the 1st of each month. All Wellness single sessions and subscriptions are priced per person and cannot be shared with another individual. Participants are able to manage their class schedule on a 30-day rolling opportunity via our app or website.

Looking for a single session?

We also offer single sessions for purchase, if you’d like to try before you buy a full subscription or are only in town visiting for a few days. Classes are available for use for 12 months from purchase.

About Y Small Group Wellness Instructors/Practitioners

Like you, our Small Group Wellness instructors come in a variety of shapes and sizes with different backgrounds and experience. At the Y, our instructors/practitioners have at least one thing in common — they have and maintain certification through at least one national health and fitness or holistic wellbeing organization. In addition to national certifications, many have special areas of expertise — like Acupuncture or Pilates Reformer — that require additional (and often intensive) training.
