About Y Small Group Wellness Instructors/Practitioners

Like you, our Small Group Wellness instructors come in a variety of shapes and sizes with different backgrounds and experience. At the Y, our instructors/practitioners have at least one thing in common — they have and maintain certification through at least one national health and fitness or holistic wellbeing organization. In addition to national certifications, many have special areas of expertise — like Sound Bath, Acupuncture, and Pilates Reformer — that require additional (and often intensive) training.
