WAVE Fit and WAVE yoga are two of the newest small group training classes offered at the Y. Both formats are indoor alternatives to traditional stand-up paddleboard fitness classes. You will use an inflatable paddle board that clips to lap pool lane lines, providing added stability and minimizing drifting so you can focus on your workout.

  • Price: $112 members/$154 non-members for 7 week session. 
  • Duration: Classes are 45 minutes each. Limited to 4 participants.

WAVE Fit

Be prepared to burn calories and build strength with total body exercises that use body weight and tubing attached to your paddle board. Cardio bursts, strength and conditioning drills will be blended for a complete, total body workout.

WAVE Yoga

Inspired by stand-up paddleboard yoga, challenge your balance and focus as you practice flowing yoga sequences on an inflatable board. You will experience a combination of standing, seated and kneeling poses, in addition to lying on the board.
