Getting to Camp Ihduhapi
Please note that transportation to and from camp is not provided. It is the responsibility of families/guardians to drop off and pick up campers on the first and last day of their session.
Drop-off
We will be staggering drop off times by age group. If you have multiple campers of different ages, you may drop them off during the same time slot. Please see the age groups below for your time slot on arrival day. Parents/Guardians will check in and check out campers while remaining at their vehicle.
- 1:00-1:30pm: 7-8 year olds
- 1:30-2:00pm: 9-10 year olds
- 2:00-2:30pm: 11-12 year olds
- 2:30-3:00pm: 13 and older
Pick-up
On camper pick up day, please arrive between 1:00-2:30pm to pick up your camper(s).
Only authorized people are allowed to pick-up your camper, and they must provide a photo ID.
If an adult does not come to pick up a camper, we will try to locate the identified emergency contact. If no one is available after 30 minutes, we will call the police. YMCA staff members are not allowed to transport campers at the end of a session.
Driving Directions
From Hwy 55—At County Rd 19, turn left (south) through Loretto to Co. 11. Turn right (west) for 3/4 mile. Turn left onto gravel Ihduhapi Road at camp sign. Follow road to the end.
From Hwy 394—At County Rd 29, just before Maple Plain, turn right (north). It becomes County Rd 19. Stay on 19 to Co. 11, just before the town of Loretto. Turn left onto 11 for 3/4 mile. Turn left onto gravel Ihduhapi Road at camp sign. Follow road to the end.
