Camp Northern Lights Meal Plans

Fall, Winter and Spring 2024 - 25

Meal service will be available for the following programs:

  • Women’s Retreats
  • Harvest Fest Themed Weekend (Dinner on the 28th only)
  • Available Upon Request: Special Interest User Groups (Weddings, work retreats, etc.)

For the following programs we will be providing a main dish and side for a community potluck and would love for you to bring a dish to share as well!

  • Family Camp Weekends: MEA, MLK, Presidents Day and Memorial Day 

Summer

Due to the fire that occurred that destroyed our commercial kitchen in 2024 we will not be offering meal service for campers in Summer 2025. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to update our community as we make progress on our timeline for a new commercial kitchen.

Food Service Cancellation Policy

Food Service is available for summer camp families who are staying in a Bungalow or RV/Tent Site.

Full payment is due at time of registration for food service.

Due to staffing and food ordering needs, the cutoff for food service registration is ONE WEEK before the first day of the program.

There are no refunds on food service cancelations within 5 days of the first day of the program.

Cancelation or change requests must be sent via web form email to Y Customer Service.
