Become a Junior Counselor at Day Camp Spring Lake

Ages 14-17 years old

The Junior Counselor’s main role is to assist the Senior Counselor in leading groups and providing fun and safe experiences for children. The Junior Counselor will help the campers acquire a feeling of high self-esteem, self-worth and competence in an outdoor setting.

We ask that Junior Counselors commit to volunteering for 3-6 weeks during the summer. For 2025 the weeks that will be available for Junior Counselors to volunteer will be the weeks of June 16-August 29.

The 2025 Junior Counselor application will be available mid to late April.
