Intro to Canoeing: Boundary Waters
5 days | Grades 7–11 | $800
This is a great opportunity for younger campers to experience Menogyn Magic for the first time. Campers will prepare for their trip in camp and then spend two nights and three days on trail exploring the beautiful Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. Everyone will have fun learning how to paddle, portage, and set up camp.

BOLD GOLD
5 days | Grades 7–12
BOLD and GOLD trips are ideal for beginner and experienced canoers alike. BOLD and GOLD trail groups intentionally bring together campers from many different backgrounds to explore leadership with a focus on building courage, emotional intelligence, confidence, community awareness, and a sense of wonder for the natural environment.

Longer Boundary Waters Adventures
12-13 days | Grades 8–12
An incredible adventure for all teens! Regardless of skill level or previous canoeing experience, Menogyn guides work with campers to develop their wilderness skills as they enjoy eight or nine nights on trail canoeing the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. There is also more time to create lasting friendships and have fun!

Quetico Canoe
19-20 days | Grades 10–12
PREVIOUS WILDERNESS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Campers deepen their expedition canoeing skills as they paddle and portage through the beautiful lakes and rivers of Ontario’s Quetico Provincial Park. The Quetico is more remote and challenging than the BWCAW — a perfect opportunity for experienced campers. Quetico campers must bring a valid passport or passport card.

Nor’wester Canoe
32 days | Grades 11-12 | $6,175
INVITATION ONLY
Sessions are 32 days, with 24-26 days on trail. Groups travel to Canada and spend time in Wabakimi Provincial Park, Woodland Caribou Provincial Park, or Atikaki Provincial Park in Ontario and Manitoba.

Arctic Canoe
50 days | Grade 12 | $11,950
INVITATION ONLY
Sessions are 50 days, with approximately 40 days on trail. Groups travel to the Arctic rivers of Canada in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Recent groups have paddled the Thelon, Kazan, and Dubawnt Rivers.

Backpacking
Intro to Backpacking: Border Route Trail
5 days | Grades 7–8 | $800
Campers will spend time in camp preparing for their trip and then enjoy two nights and three days in the beautiful Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

Isle Royale Backpack
12 days | Grades 9–11 | $2,385
After a 90-minute ferry ride from Grand Portage, campers enjoy 9 days backpacking established trails on Isle Royale. Isle Royale is a beautiful island national park in Gitchi Gami, also know as Lake Superior. Isle Royale trips are exceedingly remote and challenging. Previous backpacking experience required.

Western Backpack
12 days | Grades 8–10 | $2,385
Campers hike deep into mountain wilderness areas to experience spectacular mixed-alpine terrain at elevations up to 7,000 feet. Campers will learn crucial backpacking skills like mountain navigation and Leave No Trace practices.
12-day sessions travel to Black Elk Wilderness for a 5-day backpacking trip. Locations are subject to change in the event that a travel area is inaccessible.

Western Backpack
19 days | Grades 10–12 | $3,780
PREVIOUS WILDERNESS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Campers hike deep into mountain wilderness areas to experience spectacular mixed-alpine terrain at elevations up to 11,000 feet. Campers will learn crucial backpacking skills like mountain navigation and Leave No Trace practices.
19-day sessions travel to Yellowstone National Park for an 11-day backpacking trip. Locations are subject to change in the event that a travel area is inaccessible.

Nor’wester Backpack
32 days | Grades 11-12 | $6,540
INVITATION ONLY
Sessions are 32 days, with 24-26 days on trail. Groups travel to the Rocky Mountains and explore areas including the Wind River Range, the Bob Marshall Wilderness, and the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness.

Arctic Backpack
50 days | Grade 12 | $11,950
INVITATION ONLY
Sessions are 50 days, with approximately 40 days on trail. Groups travel to the mountain ranges of Alaska. Recent groups have hiked in Gates of the Arctic National Park and Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
